Dear Sir/Madam,
In connection with the announcement published on 05 August 2022 for holding an auction on the platform of Balkan Gas Hub EAD for the purchase of natural gas for September, we would like to inform you about a change in the terms and conditions for holding the auction as follows:
6.2. The required quantities may be offered by traders of natural gas registered on the organized exchange market who hold a valid licence for the activity "trading with natural gas" issued by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission. Quantities of gas purchased by traders and end customers under the Natural Gas Release Programme for delivery in September may not be offered in the auction.
8. The auction will take place on 12 August 2022.
11. The bidding period in the auction is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on 12 August 2022 (Sofia).
15. All natural gas traders may participate in the auction for the purchase and sale of natural gas. By submitting a bid, the bidder declares that it meets the conditions under point 6.2.
