Bulgargaz EAD has launched a tender procedure for the supply of 4 000 000 MWh of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for the company's needs in 2024. Participants must have experience in LNG supply (total LNG supplied must be not less than 6,800,000 MMBtu for the last three years). Among the eligibility requirements is that the source of natural gas supply must be from countries free of sanctions, embargoes, or any trade restrictions. The companies' ownership must be transparent, they need to be reputable, and must also have no ties to countries that are subject to sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions.
The price offers of admitted tenderers must refer to the TTF index and will be evaluated and ranked according to the Evaluation Methodology attached to the tender documents.
