In accordance with the requirements of Natural Gas Price Regulation Ordinance, Bulgargaz EAD, a daughter company of Bulgarian Energy Holding EAD, prepares and introduces to the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (SEWRC), for each quarter of the year, a proposal on confirmation of natural gas sales price.
Bulgargaz EAD proposal, to be confirmed by the SEWRC, for natural gas sales price for the fourth quarter of 2012 amounts to BGN 728.34 per thousand m3, excise and VAT excluded, i.e. a decrease amounting to BGN 4.89 per thousand m3 (0.67 %), in comparison with to price approved by the SEWRC for the third quarter of 2012.
The forecast price takes into consideration the requirements of Natural Gas Price Regulation Ordinance and does not include Bulgargaz EAD’s outstanding revenue for previous periods. However, the price proposal takes into account the arrangements reached with the Russian counterparty on decrease of natural gas import prices.
